Andy and Jimmy had a business arrangement. Jimmy claimed he overpaid Andy.  Upon reflection Jimmy felt he guilted into the decision, and wants his extra funds returned. Andy said the extra now belongs to him and refuses to refund any amount to Jimmy .

Jimmy demands reimbursment of $800.00 for his overpayment and hassle.

Andy said it was a gift, and refuses to pay Jimmy.

They have agreed to settle their Dispute in Rumble Court.
